WHO WE ARE

Our vision is simple and wonderfully ambitious: to use aircraft so that isolated communities across the world would have access to holistic transformation.

What started off as a dream is now a global movement, with more than 1300 staff serving 2000 organisations, in over 30 countries worldwide. MAF is a not-for-profit organisation that provides thousands of remote communities with access to healthcare, education, community development and disaster relief.

A lot has happened over the 75 years since MAF was formed, but through all the social change, developments in technology and aviation, MAF’s mission remains relevant: To serve isolated communities through aviation and technology.
